This deluxe edition of The Count of Monte Cristo, written by Alexandre Dumas deserves the honor of such successes today as, War and Peace, Les Miserable, and Madame Bovary. Consisting of four volumes and 1,193 pages and 35 different characters.
Dumas tells us the story about trust, betrayal, honesty, and deceit, imprisonment and escape. This whole masterpiece becomes about revenge.
But by the end of this novel we learn its about a whole lot more. And all we have to do is wait and hope.
