What Members Thought
I read this book as a kid. I would be interested to try reading it again as an adult. The wordiness of Dickens is difficult to get through, but his story telling is the best, his characters come alive, he is a master at making you care about what happens in the story. I always think of Oliver Twist whenever I think of making a character vulnerable, in order to engage the reader with concern over what happens to him.
