What Members Thought
I tried to get into this but I just couldn’t. It was very depressing and I disliked all the swearing and crude references. It’s not a book that I enjoyed ‘being in’ at all. It just made me sad and disgusted, and not in an empathetic way; it was more of a “why am I reading this?” feeling. The audio book narrated by Kate Burton is really down sounding (something about the tone of her voice) and there is random annoying jazz music. Blech.
