I gave this three stars purely because it made me cry harder than I ever have at a book. I know stories cant always have a happy plot but I was rooting for Charlie. This made me look at mentally handicapped people in such a different light. I love books that change my life and this one was on the level of The Perks of Being a Wallflower.

Beautifully written. I really enjoy narratives. I fell in love with Charlie, the main character, and I highly recommend this one.
