Oh man. This book is enjoyable but it’s a little wackadoodle. Having nine characters makes it tough to develop them well but I bought into that aspect of this book. Knowing that this book somehow goes off the rails before reading it was helpful so I was still able to enjoy the ride even if all the crazy was a little hard to take. Definitely not as strong as some of her other novels.

This book has a couple of interesting turns, but overall was hard to get through. There was SO much time spent on the character’s backstories that it seemed to drag by at times.
