loved this book so much! would of maybe liked more character development for Eilis in terms of her likes/dislikes as opposed to working the shop floor in deep description & descriptions of her lodgers.
Overall however the style of writing + imagery it provokes is amazing & particularly liked it as an expat to the UK from Ireland & could share in some of the same feelings she felt surrounding homesickness & Irish identity abroad.
