What Members Thought

A very realistic look at the human culture. True we have not developed space travel and now may never, but it's so much more a possibility than at the time this book was written. Maybe in another 100 years we could visit Mars with people; my hope and prayer is that the first encounters don't turn out as utterly horrible as it did in the book and I mean with prejudices, no matter how they may play out, on both planets. The narrator, Stephen Hoye, was excellent.

Short stories create a loose storyline in The Martian Chronicles serving as a warning for those colonizing Mars. Above all else, don’t build a hot-dog stand.
