What a long book. The plot was muddled with all the drama between the characters and all the horny (and all the erectile dysfunction in the mix). If I squinted my eyes, I guess the plot had to do with a (bloody) period of Nigerian history and a heavy discourse on violence and class. And it saddens me I didn’t like it because the ending was really good and I’m a sucker for stories including sisters.

It was just too much drama.
