Wow. That was a ride. Very exciting book, last 200 pages just kept picking up speed, careening faster and faster to the denouement. Well-plotted, with a very scary set-up. Highly recommended.

Although the author has a lot of experience writing, this is his first novel, and it was a very good, exciting read. I did register a few minor annoyances with some of the chronology and with the author's somewhat irritating habit of really BROADCASTING his foreshadowing throughout the book. Once or twice wouldn't have gotten my attention, but it was rampant throughout.
Now that I've gotten the negatives out of the way, I'd really highly recommend this book to anyone who likes the thriller/action ...more

I pushed through this entire book. I trusted the 4.2 star review, but I'm pretty sure this book has some padded stars. It was NOT a good read for me. I only gave it two stars because someone somewhere convinced someone to publish this book. This means they have some kind of skill...just not in this book
