We all need a little time in the day to step back and reflect. Life is so busy and our lives can feel so crowded we can't hear ourselves think let alone the voice of God. This is a wonderful encouragement that is a light enough read you could take it to work and work through it with a coffee or even a friend because the antidotes are so well thought out from prayers ( if your not to sure what to pray or pray in public) to listening to a piece of music ( Toby Mac) was right up my street!
