Heaven and Hell is the fifth book i've read by Kristen Ashley and its safe to say, she can't write no wrong, I did loved this book as much if not more as all the previous ones. The story starts with Kia's Hell, she's been married to her awful husband for seven years and for all those he has abused her physically and mentally.
