Wow, who knew I would like Marcus' story so much? Abbi Glines, that's who! I should have guessed, Abbi Glines could write about watching paint dry and I would love it! I'm torn between being upset with myself for waiting so long to read this and happy that I did wait because now I can read them all back to back! Gosh! That was hard to read! I cried and still have a lump in my throat. I really liked the book but dang if I don't feel all these emotions like if they are real to me.

I'm a little biased here. I love love love Abbi Glines' more recent books SO MUCH that this series doesn't quite compare. But I wasn't a fan of Breathe, the first book in this series and this one is a huge step up from that one. A sweet romance with some serious angst and a heavy plot line behind IT. All in all, I liked it!
