I think the reason I enjoy KK books so much, is that they pack an emotional punch for me. She sure knows how to write so that I FEEL what the characters are feeling. This book was no exception, of course.
I did get frustrated with Ryan and Molly though. So much heartache could have been prevented if they'd just TALKED about what happened instead of making assumptions! I am glad they were able to come together with the rest of Charlie's 'family' to bring him one of the best Christmas gifts ever! ...more

This was a wonderful, sweet story of 2 people meant to be together, it seemed. But circumstances took them far away from each other, in multiple ways. It centers around a Nashville book store run by an older couple who saw the book store as their place to minister to others, even keeping a scrapbook about the people who came by. In the background, God is always working to bring the two back together. The reader of the audiobook was excellent.
