This significance of this book to this group is the exploration of the human psyche, which obviously always affects issues sexual orientation and interest in alternative lifestyles and literature.
I adore all of Dr. Yalom's books. For me, the chance this book offers to peek into other people's psychotherapy sessions is irresistable. The best of all of Dr. Yalom's books are, in my opinion, "Lying on the Couch," and "When Nietzsche Wept," both particularly entertaining in a didactic way. Guess I'm a fan, wouldn't you say? I've even happily plodded through his textbooks. Fascinating reading.
