Fantastic

This was an excellent story! I enjoyed it so much more than the second in this series. Don't get me wrong, that one was good, but this was better. I can't wait to see what is in store for us with the last one!

I liked it buuuut…
There were parts that felt like it was exactly the same as book two.

Beyond the Play was an overall enjoyable read. Holden is a pro baseball player with a questionable public image. Parker is a college student and comes from a well known baseball family. While out at a club one night, Holden sees Parker and is smitten at first sight, but Parker knows all about his reputation and wants nothing to do with him.
