What Members Thought
Tolkien's mastery of language creates a wholly enthralling tale of adventure that anyone is bound to enjoy. My only grievance with this masterpiece lies in the fact that this story is written for children, and because of that, some readers may find the vocabulary a bit simple, compared to other novels. This novel is so fine, that all I can find wrong with it is such a minute issue.

When walking into the book store and grabbing this quick read, I did not expect this out come. This book was a quality read. Full of great motifs and symbolism. Correct if I am wrong but one thing I got out of this was that there is a hero in all of us. Five stars I recommend this book to anyone, there is something in this book for everyone.
I think the Hobbit is a great book that will capture the hearts of many people. Its storyline is a great one that highlights many quality and showcase that anyone can be brave and to judge a book by its cover. I think this book will be enjoyed for generations to come because it is well written and full of joy and entertainment.
This book has always been one of my favorites ever since I was a little kid. I distinctly remember lying in bed while my dad read the book to me before I went to bed. I have always been a fan of adventure books and this remains one of my favorite along with the Lord of the Rings trilogy. The lovable characters and detailed landscape are what drew me into this book.
