What Members Thought
Sequel to Cassandra Clare's "City of Bones," and was happy to read it was actually good. Most sequels usually suck. But some of the chapters dragged on too much in dialouge and description and were too long. And I didn't understand why the author would continue to have Clary and Jace have feelings for each other if they are siblings.
But I still LOVED it but still enjoyed the first one more. And am looking froward to reading the third installment and seeing how this whole saga ends. ...more

I liked it better than the first book. It was more exciting and to the point leaving me with “I want to know more”. As I mentioned on the first books review the author is a great writer especially with her detail writing and unique style of views in each chapter. I definitely can’t wait to read the next book.
Loved seeing this scene through Jace's eyes.
