I was immediately drawn into this book because it reminded me of when I went to the Bat Cave. I continued to like it, too. It has great characters, is fast paced, and has a lot of action. There are vampires, werewolves, demons, and alomst angles. Good book!
The writer is very talented and has a great imagination. Amazing skills with detail writing but the down fall to that was I got bored throughout the book skimming it for the good parts. For example 6 to 7 pages were details about a cab ride(Come on where’s the good stuff?) The ending was great and that’s what really caught my attention to read the second book.
Enjoyed just as much the second time around, if not more. Ready to read City of Ashes for the second time now.
