An intriguing coming of age story featuring 18 year old Tom Button who moves from the country to Melbourne, and lives in his dead aunt's apartment building, Cairo.
There, he meets a fascinating cast of characters who draw him into a web of deceit, including the theft of a famous painting.

An enjoyable page turner.
