This book was both heart breaking, and heart warming. The sequel to Empty Chairs: Much more than a story about child abuse, which ended when Stacey (whose street name was Sassy) was almost 12 years old.
Sassy lived in ‘The Palace’ (a shipping container) on the docks of Sydney, with other street kids.
