A very sad, poignant look at the life of Donna Meehan, one of the stolen children, who was taken from her family at age 5, and fostered and then adopted by a lovely Polish couple in Newcastle. She loved her white parents deeply, but felt lost, confused and betrayed by the things that had happened in her life. It tells of her finally finding her birth mother, and all her relatives from Coonamble, NSW. Donna lives very close to where I live now, and the places throughout Newcastle and Lake Macquar ...more
