This story has so many things that make it great, it is emotional and sad at times, funny and uplifting with the care and love that is shown and above all else it is a beautiful love story told by a beautiful character Mrs. Henry Parker, even if she can’t remember everything, she never forgets Henry, I hope that you pick this one up and enjoy the search for Henry as much as I did.

Oh! Such sadness! Evelyn was drawn extremely well and her tale lovingly told. . I felt so badly for her son.

It has left me with a feeling of infinite sorrow. This awful bloody disease.

As the wife of a retired cruise ship doctor, Evelyn has lived her life on the seas visiting exotic ports, dressing up for lavish formal dinners and regaling her fellow passengers of her life traveling the world with her husband Henry.

Oh my did this one have me in with the whole story from the beginning. Now as an ex nurse and retired Dr’s wife Evelyn takes you on all sorts of twists and turns before the end I did not see coming. It is a great read and hope that there will be many more like it.

This book took me too long to read. Due to life events, I got stuck in the middle of the book, it was a bit like groundhog day' and kept rereading the same pages and never seemed to make any progress. However, once I got over the 'lump' and had some time, I really enjoyed it. The ending was a surprise. ...more
