I loved this narrative so badly. Even when nothing was happening Westerfield was able to still keep me engaged in the story and I want a hoverboard god dammit!

I cannot believe I didn't pick up this book any sooner. Now I know why people think this trilogy is so friggin awesome. Scott Westerfeld basically created a new civilisation, so far apart from ours but yet so similar.

to be hontest, i totally hated this book.
it was boring, shallow and the romance happenned way to quickly.

Superficial, as it want to be, the book present some characters almost scrapped, it's difficult to connect to them, for me. I think that this series is good enough to an adolescent, and maybe it can make him-her think about the emptiness of beauty when there's nothing beneath. No more.
