A very strange book! It seems to take place in an apocalyptic world, possibly an environmental catastrophe (his longing for blue sky), in a sparsely populated city. Given his poor spelling, one can judge that civilization broke down a number of years ago, before he had had enough schooling to learn how to spell properly.
