What Members Thought
I'll start off by saying if you are not a fan of your characters having sex with random people, then this is not the series for you. I enjoy the plot of this series with the cross breeding labs, clones, and government agencies. My only problem is that it is a bit confusing. The one chance we get to shed some light on things is from a person that isn't allowed to speak about anything. So all we get is cryptic nonsense. I read the first in this series a while ago and it's taken me longer than I expected to come back to it!

It's a long time since I read the first book of the series, and I'd forgotten lots of stuff, but it didn't detract from the story.
What did detract was the continual change in sex partners. Even for a UF book and not a PNR the range and amount could only be compared to Anita Blake IMO.
Someone is after specific shifters & supernaturals to extract DNA to create modified super soldiers and also un-natural creatures to further their nefarious plans. Not to mention clones, as well.
