Thank you so much to Macmillan Australia for providing me with a copy of The Good Sister in exchange for an honest review!
Wow, what a ride this book was! Rose and Fern are twin sisters. Rose is struggling with a troubled marriage and fertility issues that have her yearning for a baby. Living with a range of sensory processing issues, Fern relies on Rose to guide her through life, so when she hears of Rose’s devastation at being unable to fall pregnant, decides she could have a baby for Rose.

I was pleasantly surprised by this novel. As it had been described as similar to the Rosy Project, I was dreading light fluff, but it was so much more.
The twist was great, if not a little unrealistic, and overall, I am happy I ignored the blurb.
