Isabel and Dean move with their infant son Noah to the tiny NSW town of Riley when Dean is brought in to investigate and possibly close the local hospital. Isabel, a psychologist, sets up a mother and baby therapy group. It seems no one in town wants Isabel and Dean there and a few ‘incidents’ occur to try to scare them off.
