I was very fortunate to receive a copy of this wonderful book from Harper Collins & Beauty and Lace book club. All I can say is WOW what a well written and powerful book. I cannot believe this was a debut novel, as the writing is so beautiful and the story quite moving. Alice Hart has grown up since she was a little girl surrounded by flowers.
