This is the follow-up book to Matthew Condon's trilogy of the Fitzgerald Inquiry into police corruption in Queensland and the events leading up to it. It consists of the stories he collected along the way that weren't included in the original books as well as all the stories and bits of information that hundreds of people shared with him after the books were published.

It's an excellent collection of stories and Condon's knack of presenting this information in a narrative and easy to read style

This is a fascinating finale to the trilogy starting with Three Crooked Kings. There are some new insights into previously mentioned stories but the biggest impact is in the pedophile strand of the story. I found it incredible and I hope he pursues it further. Fascinating but scary!
