After reading the brilliance that is Th Shape of Us, I was keen to check out some of Lisa Ireland's earlier works, so I hunted down a copy of Feels Like Home.
Jo and Ryan thought they'd be together forever. Then Jo went to study overseas, life got in the way. She returns to their small home town 7 years later for their best friends wedding, to find Ryan raising his daughter there.

First novel I have read by Lisa Ireland, won't be the last. This is a great story about Jo who left her hometown to follow her dreams of becoming an author. She also left behind Ryan who was the love of her life until he betrayed her. She comes home to be bridesmaid at her best friend's wedding newly engaged and expecting to be there for the wedding then return to the States.
