This is what I do when I have a hard time reading, I reread my favorite books. Read it again this year while I was in the reading blahs. Such a good one.
Book 3 in the Kate Daniels series by Ilona Andrews. Kate's teenage werewolf boy wonder has been beaten and left for dead for reasons unknown and Kate will not allow this to stand. Her investigation leads her to an illegal fighting ring where a new group of fighters is definitely more than they appear with eyes on a much bigger prize.
