It's not quite a 5-star book, but it's pretty close. I adored this book-the sci-fi like concept, the history, the conclusion. It's the story of Ursula Todd, born in England in 1910 again and again. It is a bit jarring the first couple times it happens, you're just not sure what's going on, but for me it became something to look forward to. Is this the life she's meant to live? The next one? Interesting concept for a book, like a choose your own adventure that you take the time to see all the possible endings. I liked the historical fiction WWII aspect and it was exciting seeing her progression over her lifetimes, but as the character grew tired from having lived so long- I started to as a reader too. A little difficult to track the lives, especially with blended media. Interesting concept of reincarnation/groundhog day. I think the author had too many good ideas for storylines, and couldn't choose between them, so this was the solution! I enjoyed experiencing the historical events and everyday life from multiple perspectives.
