What a fabulous book! I have avoided Moriarty in the past because she seemed to be in the popular chick lit category and honestly... it's just not my thing.

WOW.....this was an interesting read. At first it was a bit confusing going back and forth the way it did then after you got the characters down it was good. By the middle I was hooked, even though I HATED so many characters in this book! I couldn't help but cheer for the underdogs, and wonder why this was going on in this little seaside town!

A story about uptight gossipy moms and a murder!?!?!?! This story had so many funny moments and then there were some very serious issues to deal with also. I loved every character in this story and even the little police interviews were hysterical at times. I haven't read anything else by this author but I plan to read her others now.

Bitching isn't just children being cruel in the playground, the parents are often the worst. I'm currently thinking about what primary school I'd like to send my son to. This book has been on my TBR for a while and I thought now was the time to read it.

Laugh out loud funny, very unusual for me! Twists and turns that kept me guessing. Serious topics, handled brilliantly.
