This story just keeps coming up with the most amazing twists. I cannot believe Max was so twisted he tried...
That would be a spoiler. Suffice to say, everyone's character is becoming much better defined. The hits keep coming and Blake is growing on me. His control issues come from so many outside sources but he loves Erica, and she has become the center of his world.

Reading this over my 13 year olds spring break. Glad he just wants to play video games. ...more

You sort of have a love/hate relationship with Blake in this book. In the last third I loved him, he was so sweet and gentle with Erica, but the previous two thirds I wanted Erica to run and run fast, but she didn't. This leads to my problem with Erica, sometime she just gave up to Blake's demands and there was one scene in this book that just went a little too far for me - hence the 3 star rating ...more
