I am not ashamed to say that I have read and loved every book that Lorelei James has ever written. I read the original edition of this book several years ago and I thought there was little to no room for improvement. In this newer updated version I find that it is even better. I loved the interactions between the Tate and Nathan and I thought the pace of the story was perfect, not too fast but not too slow.
          
        
      
   
  
              
            
 Slow Going....
This book was slow going, I did not get the chemistry between h and h. There was more confusion than chemistry. It appeared that the hero was too reluctant and I did not get how he could be so committed to romance yet knows the heroine won't be around for too long and on top it he is unwilling to say anything or offer anything to help change her mind (he's not very alpha at all). This confusion in his mind was visited often and maybe that added to the thickening of the plot but so ...more
