I almost rated this book 4 stars...I'd say I gave it 3.5 due to the main conflict's RIDICULOUS conclusion, which was a throwaway and completely unbefitting the novel as a whole. Great book, life from a dogs perspective. Made me laugh, made me cry, and it had some race cars; what else could you ask for?
