Took me a long long time to finish this book! I really did not want to skip over any of it as I really enjoyed the first one but it took a lot of motivation to continue because I felt disoriented by the modern story line and shifting to other characters. (Also I didn't really like any of the new characters or the change of location) and the other details that I wanted to pass over to get to the Jamie and Clair story line. It was not as good as the first. Very political and got boring in some parts. I wonder where the series will go from here.
