Rash by Pete Hautman is about a high schooler that has a family that gets in trouble with the government. The USA is now the USSA (United Safer States of America) which means there is a lot of safer stuff. I really liked this book, also I would recommend this book to people who like quirky fiction. I give it 4 stars. Calista Mordecai-Smith
