I read this in high school and just re-read it. I forgot how short it is. Funny, satirical take on communism, though to be fair its relevancy in today's world doesn't seem to hold up as well as it did even 15 or 20 years ago. Orwell certainly doesn't pull any punches, leaving little to the imagination on who and what he's getting at. ...more
