I read this in high school and just re-read it. I forgot how short it is. Funny, satirical take on communism, though to be fair its relevancy in today's world doesn't seem to hold up as well as it did even 15 or 20 years ago. Orwell certainly doesn't pull any punches, leaving little to the imagination on who and what he's getting at.

Ohh yes now I remember this book that I had read in school. It reminds me of all the things I hate about setting government, and how much we try to create a fair and just world it seems that there is still someone out there who's tummy is more full then the rest. I respect this book for putting forth the idea of government and how we all should look and see what is truly being done in this world, but yet it irritates me to see that there is always someone who is trying to cheat others.
