What Members Thought
This is easily one of, if not the BEST book I have ever read. I think it is John Steinbeck's best work, and there is a reason that it is a classic. It is a must-read, and it is not because Oprah added it to her list, but I am glad of the attention that provided the book. Faulkner once wrote that the only thing worth writing about was the conflict in the human heart, and this is the essence of what Steinbeck is really writing about....it goes beyond a good read, it is a lesson in humankind.
