I like this book.
From this book, I learned that it takes 10000 hours practice to be an expert. If 3 hours practice a day, that takes 10 years to be an expert. Therefore outliers are not by luck.
Outliers don't know when their skill will be useful, but when the opportunity comes, they have practiced 10000 hours .
