After I posted on Book Riot about audiobooks, multiple people told me to listen to Bossypants. Solid 3.5 stars. There were some really great high points, and wonderful commentary on women and women in comedy. There were some really "meh" parts that felt like she was either trying too hard or just hadn't had enough other people review them.
Basically it felt like Fey rushed to write this and print as many funny personal stories as she could, and like no one in the review process wanted to tell her to cut or change anything. There wasn't enough cohesiveness or direction for me to really car ...more

This is more of a 3.5 book, but I laughed aloud enough to round up. Fey is undoubtedly hilarious, and I found her self-deprecating humor charming.
Hilarious book, it was over too quickly. I hope Fey continues to write cos she's super funny. It's strange to read now that 30 rock is over.
