What Members Thought

This is a profoundly thought-provoking book. I tried to start it once before years ago and gave up within the first few pages; I can't imagine why now. The scariest thing about this book is that it really seems vaguely plausible, perhaps now more than ever. Atwood has a way of getting to the root of society and pinpointing what is wrong and how it could actually go given the right set of circumstances.
