I did this as an audiobook, which was good, because you really got into the he said/she said--there were two different readers for Nick's part and Amy's part. I really enjoyed the first part of the book. I couldn't stop. But then it just got weird. It went too far. I will say I was surprised by the ending, and I think the characters and the dynamics of the marriage (and the conversation on marriage, generally) were well done. I just thought it all ended up being too much.
