It was a terrible idea to start this series at the end of the semester.
This was a very fun (as fun as child-on-child violence can be) and very entertaining (as entertaining as child-on-child violence can be) read. I felt engaged throughout, it flew by very quickly, and I was left vaguely interested in the happenings afterwards. Probably not interested enough to pick up the next book, but I'll never say never.

Quick, easy, completely gripping read! Vividly described dystopian adventure featuring a heroine attempting to survive a horrible 'game' pitting her against other teenagers in a fight to be the last man standing.
