It was very interesting to learn the story of Pilate from the Roman perspective, particularly from the point of view of his wife, Claudia. Unfortunately, however, this book suffers from two plot twists. One, Claudia has dreams that foretell the future. Two, a young Jesus makes a surprise appearance about ten years before the crucification. Also, there are some unorthodox views about the life of Jesus that some may consider blasphemous.
