What Members Thought
Hosseini is a very tactful and creative writer. This is my first time reading his work and I will definitely read his other books. While I have my favorite moments throughout the book, some chapters really didn’t capture me, which made the story less enjoyable. A quote that resonates with me is from Abdullah: “If culture is a house, language was the front door key to all the rooms inside, without it you ended up wayward, without a proper home or a legitimate identity.” Simply classic
