I liked this book, but I'm really not sure why. The characters were completely flat, and annoying on top of that. The author's use of italics every other sentence drove me CRAZY. The wild chase to break the story seemed a little overdone as well.
Nevertheless, I liked some of the twists and turns of the plot, some of the parallels between a Cordova film and the life of the "investigators." It was hard to figure out what really was going on: was Cordova toying with them? was Ashley? was it all cr

A little too long; the ending wasn't great. I didn't find it particularly creepy, for the most part.

Bonus star for the cool format.
