I was drawn to this book for the simple reason that I am interested in the impact of Alzheimer's disease on those who witness it ravaging their loved ones. Furthermore I was curious, because out of the 4 ratings this book has accumulated so far on Goodreads, the author's own rating is the lowest. Which meant to me that unlike the way other Goodreads authors rate their work, hers is not only low-key, but strives to be honest too. So is her witness account in Alzheimer Diary: A Wife's Journal.
